Exhibition & Conference Organizing
Art Line provides full-service planning and execution for international trade exhibitions and conferences, from concept through floor operations. An operative UFI member since 1998, Art Line has organized shows recognized by OICA — including Cairo International Motor Show (Automech Formula) since 1997 — across sectors spanning motor shows, spare parts, heavy duty machinery, stone, design, technology, earthmoving and building machinery, furniture, and electrical & electronics.
Organizing special Events
Beyond large-scale exhibitions, Art Line has organized a range of special events and forums — from the Shopping and Tourism Festival (since 1999) to specialized employment fairs for management-level and graduate candidates. Each event draws on the same organizational standards and industry relationships behind Art Line’s exhibition work.
Stand Design & Construction
Since 1994, Art Line has designed and built exhibition stands, pavilions and booths across Egypt and the region — from the Turkish Pavilion at Cairo International Fair (2001–2003) to the Egyptian Automobile Manufacturers Association’s stand at City Stars (2005), and as far afield as the Grand Congress Halls in Sirte, Libya (2005). Art Line is also the Egyptian agent for two German panel-system manufacturers, F+T and HDK, supplying the Cairo International Conference Center’s imported partitions.
Interior Design
Art Line’s spatial design expertise extends beyond exhibition halls into interior design for commercial and corporate environments — from spatial planning through material selection and final fit-out.
Graphic Design
Art Line’s in-house design team produces the visual identity behind every exhibition and event — stand graphics, directional signage, promotional print and digital collateral — ensuring consistent, high-impact messaging across every touchpoint of a show.
Commercial Agencies
Art Line acts as commercial agent and regional representative for international companies entering the Egyptian and MENA markets — including, in stand design, serving as the Egyptian agent for German panel-system manufacturers F+T and HDK. Drawing on decades of local market relationships, Art Line supports overseas organizers and brands with market entry and regional representation.
